  • We collect information necessary to provide and improve our Services.

  • Operational data (such as vehicle, review, or workflow information)

  • Technical information, such as device or browser type and IP address

  • When you use our Service, we may collect information (through third-party analytics or error-logging tools) known as Log Data. This may include your device’s IP address, device name, operating system version, browser details, the configuration of the app, and the time and date of use.

  • Our website and web applications may use cookies to improve functionality and user experience.
    You can choose to refuse cookies, but certain portions of the Service may not function properly.

  • Data Access and Third-Party Integrations

  • Some DriveLink products integrate with third-party APIs and services to deliver functionality.
    For example, DriveLink Engage connects to the Google Business Profile API to allow authorized dealership representatives to view and respond to customer reviews.
    Other integrations may include OEM data services, logistics APIs, and analytics providers.

  • All third-party connections are authorized through secure authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, and access is limited to the minimum data required to perform the requested service.
    DriveLink does not permanently store user passwords for any integrated platform. OAuth 2.0 tokens are encrypted in transit and at rest and are used only for secure communication between DriveLink and the authorized service.

  • Data Retention and Deletion

  • DriveLink retains operational and dealership data only as long as necessary to provide reporting, compliance, and support functions.
    Dealership administrators can request deletion of data or revoke access to any integration at any time by disconnecting the integration or contacting support@drivelinkapps.com.

  • Data related to Google Business Profile accounts is retained only as long as the integration remains active and is deleted upon revocation of access or termination of the Service.

  • Authorized Use

  • DriveLink products perform all actions under the explicit authorization of the dealership account owner or designated administrator.
    No actions are taken on any connected account without consent and authentication.

  • For DriveLink Engage, responses to Google Business Profile reviews are created or posted only by, or on behalf of, authorized dealership users under the dealership’s account.

  • Service Providers

  • We may employ trusted third-party companies and individuals to:

  • Facilitate or operate parts of the Service

  • Provide analytics, hosting, or support functions

  • Assist us in understanding how our Service is used

  • These third parties have access to relevant Personal Information only to perform assigned tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

  • We value your trust in providing dealership and customer information.
    DriveLink employs industry-standard encryption, role-based access controls, and audit logging to protect data.
    OAuth 2.0 authentication is used wherever possible to ensure access is explicitly authorized by the dealership.

  • While we use commercially accepted methods to protect information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Our Services may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. We encourage users to review those policies before providing any information.

  • Children’s Privacy

  • Our Services are not directed toward children under the age of 13.
    We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
    If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will promptly delete it.
