Terms for using DriveLink websites and dealership software.

1. Scope
These terms describe the conditions for access to DriveLink websites, applications, and related services. A signed service agreement or order form governs the services purchased and takes priority over these terms if there is a conflict.
2. Business use and authorised access
DriveLink products are intended for dealership business use. Customers are responsible for authorising their users, protecting account credentials, managing device access, and promptly reporting suspected misuse. Users must have authority to act for the dealership they represent.
3. Customer information and responsibilities
Customers retain their rights in the information they provide. They authorise DriveLink to process that information to supply the selected services and configured integrations. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of submitted information, appropriate notices and consent, and lawful collection, use, and disclosure of personal information. Do not upload information you are not authorised to process.
4. Product scope and limitations
SmartLabels links shoppers to vehicle information supplied through the dealership website or inventory feed. The dealership remains responsible for listing accuracy and applicable advertising requirements. Stock-In relies on supplied vehicle data and supported integrations. Park records locations when users save them; it is not continuous vehicle tracking and does not guarantee location accuracy.
5. ID verification and deal-file records
Verify provides document checks and a pass/fail certificate. It does not include facial recognition or liveness verification, guarantee identity or document authenticity, or establish that every lender requirement has been met. Dealership personnel must inspect original identification and determine whether their process satisfies the requirements of each transaction and lender. Verify certificates are available in the portal for 30 days, after which the associated customer data is deleted. Download and retain required certificates in the dealership deal file within that window.
6. SMS and third-party integrations
SMS labels require the shopper to send the prepared message before a response is delivered. A request for further contact may be routed by email or as an ADF lead to the configured CRM. Dealerships are responsible for lawful follow-up communications and applicable consent requirements. Third-party services, including Twilio, Google Maps, AWS, Apple App Store, Google Play, DMS platforms, and CRMs, have their own terms and availability. Features described as coming soon are not currently available and should not be relied on when purchasing.
7. Fees, subscriptions, and cancellation
Pricing, licensed devices, payment terms, subscription duration, renewal, cancellation, and refund arrangements are set out in the applicable order form or service agreement. Contact sales@drivelinkapps.com with questions about your subscription.
8. Acceptable use and ownership
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service operation, introduce malicious code, or use the services for unlawful purposes. DriveLink and its licensors retain rights in the software, branding, and documentation. Access does not transfer ownership of those materials. Customer data and third-party materials remain subject to their respective ownership rights.
9. Availability and service agreements
Services may be interrupted by maintenance, connectivity problems, or third-party outages. Service commitments, suspension and termination procedures, warranties, liability limits, and remedies are governed by the applicable service agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Ontario law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, subject to mandatory applicable law. For questions about these terms, contact sales@drivelinkapps.com.
